Elements draws its name and spirit from the natural elements and the Manor’s deep connection with the land on which it stands. The same idea is reflected in the restaurant’s cuisine, inspired by authentic flavours, familiar ingredients and recipes worth rediscovering.

The menu brings Romanian and locally inspired dishes into the present through contemporary interpretations, alongside much-loved classics from international cuisine.

It is our way of keeping the flavours of this place close while opening the culinary experience to influences and tastes from around the world.

FOR MEALS TO BE SAVOURED AT LEISURE On sunny, warm days, Terrace Elements invites you to dine outdoors, overlooking the pool and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the Manor. Afterwards, time can unfold naturally around the pool, over a cocktail, a lemonade or simply the pleasure of an unhurried afternoon.
A TOUCH OF HOLIDAY, CLOSE TO BUCHAREST Sun loungers made for relaxing, dishes from a dedicated menu, cocktails, lemonades and ice cream can turn an ordinary summer afternoon into a welcome escape. A light lunch, a few hours by the pool and a chilled cocktail, sometimes, that is all it takes to bring the feeling of a holiday a little closer.

WINES, STORIES AND A PIECE OF THE MANOR’S HISTORY

Beneath the historic building lies one of the spaces that best preserves the atmosphere of the Manor’s past.

T-Cellar retains the original character of the old wine cellar, complemented by pieces of antique furniture. It is an intimate space with a distinctive personality, where the Manor’s aristocratic elegance meets the ritual of wine tasting.

Those wishing to discover Romania through its wines can explore local grape varieties, wineries and wine-growing regions in the intimate setting of the Manor’s cellar.

T-Cellar hosts guided tastings for small groups of 10 to 15 guests, led by sommelier Mihai Ciucur. Each selection of wines is accompanied by the stories behind the labels and insights into grape varieties and food pairings, creating an experience for wine enthusiasts and curious newcomers alike.

A tasting with friends or an intimate celebration is reason enough to discover T-Cellar and, with it, an authentic part of the Manor’s history.

For an intimate celebration of 10 to 15 guests in one of the most authentic spaces of the historic Manor. The experience can include a wine tasting guided by sommelier Mihai Ciucur.

Depending on the occasion and the number of guests, you can choose dishes from the à la carte menu or a specially created menu, complemented by a selection of wines and other drinks.
