Prelude of Elegance
We open the evening under the sign of elegance, welcoming you with champagne and prosecco, accompanied by a trilogy of canapés: noble cheese mousse with grape, mini blinis with smoked duck breast and caramelized onion, and a mini tartlet with shrimp
and spicy avocado foam.
Velvet Whisper
Silky foie gras terrine with quince jam and brioche.
Masquerade of the Sea
Salmon and pike-perch roulade wrapped in nori seaweed, served with lemon sauce, seasonal aromatic herbs, and red beet risotto.
Noble Secrets
Slow-cooked duck leg, delicately infused with herbs, served with sweet potato and celery purée, crunchy red cabbage with walnuts, and refined red wine sauce crafted at the Manor.
The Royal Revelation
Tender beef fillet in a golden crust, wrapped in mushroom duxelles and prosciutto, served with red wine sauce and smooth truffle purée.
Behind the Sweet Masque
Chocolate duo in a cocoa lace, with crunchy crumble, red fruit coulis, and a delicate gold leaf.

For children aged 6–12 years (not yet 12), 50% of the package rate applies, and for children over 12 years, the full rate is charged.
Booking and Payment Terms
Prices include VAT.
The total amount must be paid in advance, in RON, at the BNR exchange rate of the payment day, either at the hotel reception or via bank transfer, within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the reservation confirmation.
Free cancellation is available until 20 November. After this date, cancellations incur a 100% penalty of the paid package value.
10% discount for full payment made before 20 November.
