PAYMENT METHODS
Next Hospitality SRL – Mercure Conacul Cozieni provides customers with the following payment methods.
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON and include VAT, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation.

Payment may be made directly at the hotel, in cash or by bank card, in compliance with applicable legal limits.
Payment can be made as follows:

b) Online card payment via EuPlatesc.ro
Online card payments can be made under full security conditions. Cards issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if equipped with CVV2/CVC2 code) brands are accepted.
Card data processing is carried out exclusively on EuPlătesc servers. Next Hospitality SRL – Mercure Conacul Cozieni does not store and does not have access to confidential card data, which is transmitted in encrypted form to the processing bank.
Regardless of the account currency, transactions are processed in RON, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank. No commission is charged for payments made by bank card.
Booking confirmation is issued only after payment validation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
a) Room reservations may be made online on https://all.accor.com/hotel/B9U8/index.en.shtml, by phone, or by e-mail under the stated conditions and rates, after availability confirmation, if such availability is not clearly visible on online channels.
b) Gift vouchers may be purchased online by accessing the dedicated page on the website.
The received gift voucher may be used for accommodation and meal services offered by Mercure Conacul Cozieni within the hotel.
Gift vouchers are transferable but may not be sold.
The person receiving the gift voucher must contact the hotel in advance to confirm availability and make a reservation.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. The amounts paid for purchasing gift vouchers include VAT. After the voucher expiration date, the services can no longer be honoured by the hotel.
After payment confirmation, you will be contacted by a hotel representative for information regarding the voucher recipient and the email address where you wish to receive the voucher in electronic format.
Room and / or hotel services reservations using a gift voucher may be made directly with the hotel, by phone or by e-mail, after prior availability confirmation. The voucher value cannot be redeemed for reservations made through third parties (online channels, travel agencies, etc.).
Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. If the services exceed the voucher value, the difference may be paid separately using another payment method.
c) Purchase of services in the form of packages / online offers via the EuPlatesc.ro platform.
Purchased service packages are not transferable to third parties. Reservations will be accepted after availability confirmation by the hotel for the requested period.
The hotel reserves the right to refund the amounts paid if availability cannot be confirmed. Packages and services are allocated a limited number of rooms.
The hotel reserves the right to modify rates depending on availability.

VOUCHERS
Amounts paid for gift vouchers are non-refundable.
OFFERS / PACKAGES
Amounts paid for Offers / Packages are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show on the reserved arrival date.
The hotel reserves the right to refund the amounts paid if availability cannot be confirmed.

APPLICABLE LAW. DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the Website shall be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
